Amanda Costa

Amanda joined Coastal Financial in 2020 and has more than 13 years of experience in customer service. She previously worked in the banking industry, beginning as a Teller, and working her way up to a Banking Associate where she handled several levels of responsibilities, multiple types of account servicing, and account openings such as IRAs, loan applications, and mortgage referrals. During her second year with First Citizens Federal Credit Union, Amanda received several certificates for exceeding quarterly goals and was named Top 10 in Sales.

As a Retirement Plan Specialist for Coastal Financial, Amanda assists with the onboarding of new retirement plan clients and the continued maintenance of those accounts. She was drawn to the industry out of her desire to help people meet their goals for retirement. She enjoys seeing people happy, especially when what seems like a largely unattainable goal starts to become a reality.

Amanda lives in Wareham, MA with her partner, Tom, and their two boys: Adam and Michael. Her hobbies include anything outdoors with her family, attending hockey games with her two boys, last-minute vacations, and hiking.
