Gail Bourgault

Gail Bourgault is an experienced Employee Benefits Specialist who has been helping businesses offer employee benefits for over 30 years. She is passionate about helping businesses and employees with benefits choices and options to hopefully save the business money and keep employee costs down with plan options. Gail is responsible for managing and maintaining over 100 insurance accounts, servicing and supervising all the accounts, and handling employee issues. Additionally, she is charged with quoting all plans yearly to find the best plan option for the businesses, as well as selling additional products that could improve their benefit package. Gail also administers and manages the Human Resource Management program, EASE, for online onboarding of new hires and management of employees' benefits. She provides employers with new technology to provide benefits in a streamlined process online to simplify the process.

She also has extensive customer service and customer relations experience with a focus on cost accounting and investment support. Gail is committed to helping businesses and employees benefit from the best options available and is dedicated to making a difference in her community.

Outside of work, Gail donates to different organizations to help kids. Gail loves to travel and engage in various outdoor activities, and spend quality time with her two sons Nicholas & Evan.
